We did make the train ride over to Rafiki's Conservation Station, though. This was one of my favorite parts of the park when I was a kid, and I was excited to see that not much has changed over there. Their main points of interest are a petting zoo and veterinary demonstrations when they bring in animals from the main park for routine procedures.
What time does our train get in?
It looks like they might have done some updating to the main trail leading to the main station, although I haven't been there in years, so I may just be misremembering.
Just let me know where the vets' office is so I can give it a wide berth.
Do you think they'd let us sneak in line?
There's also an audio show opposite from the vet clinic inside, which I mostly remembered being scared by when I was little.
Just don't ask me to sing.
Wake me up when the show starts.
Maybe I should get a Disney autograph book...
After lunch, we didn't really feel like riding anything since the crowd was getting worse, so we wandered off in search of dessert. We were told that Pizzafari would have these sugar free brownies that we got at Flame Tree Barbeque, and since Flame Tree was closed for the day, we decided to try our luck there.
Yeah, that was a bust. Although, I did get some neat photos of the murals inside.
